(Estimator for Developer Based in Phoenix, AZ ) I have just finished a concept estimate for the above project to build two of the above hotel projects in Southern Cal. Has anyone estimated/built one of these anywhere in the country? I am curious about approxamate SF cost per hotel. I have finished the concept estimate for the first of these I am looking for a concept budget number from so one else as a comparison. This is our first of two projects we will build in the coming 12 months which will be managed by our development company and owned by us; we do not do third party work, Most of our past investments have been mixed use condo, retail so this is a new venture for us.
Does anyone have any history from simular hotel projects to share? I will be happy to share information about other non-bid estimates I have.
